The
F18/2 transformer light is a omni directional medium intensity light complying with
ICAO recommendations in Annex 14, Volume I and
II.
- The F18/2 is designed to satisfy the needs of various airfield
lighting simplified systems (civil or military)
- This light is de basic element of a modular and portable
Airfield Lighting system.
- The light can be implemented for Airfield and heliport
functions such as: Medium intensity Approach Lighting, Medium Intensity Runway, Runway
Threshold, Runway End, Runway Edge, Taxiway Edge, Apron Edge, Helipad landing (TLOF), taxiway
and paring area.

The
corresponding colours are obtained by using Clear, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow or Red mass
coloured optical lenses.

The fixture is
designed to be connected to a 6.6Amps series circuit lop using FAA style 2/9 or 3/10 plug and
sockets.

The light is
equipped with 30 or 45W PK30d lamps with a lamp life greater than 1000
hrs.

The F18/2 can
be place on the ground or fixed using special mounting stake or sealing
rod.
