The F2-1 and
F22 low intensity obstruction light complies with ICAO recommendations Annex 14, Volume I,
paragraph 6.3 and STNA standards concerning lighting of
obstacles.
- The fittings are equipped with one (F2-1)
or two (F22) E27 55W 230Vac 8000 hrs
- The optical system comprises of just an optical
glass dome with Fresnel prisms, clear or directly fully coloured. Its watertightness is
obtained by using a flat rubber gasket.
- The body of the F2-1 (also used on the F22) is
made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibre, fully coloured in aviation
yellow.
- The F22 supply/switching box is made in
aluminium alloy casting painted in aviation yellow. All fixings and fastenings are made of
stainless steel.
- The IP rating is
IP34
- The design allows for easy installation and
maintenance operations.
- The F2-1 can be mounted at the level of the
surface to mark, on tripod stand with a frangible holding tube, up to 1.8m using a pole, a
frangible coupling and tripod stand or on any support ended by a 21 Gas
thread.
- The F22 can be mounted on flange with four
holes.
- The weight of the F2-1 does not exceed 1.5kg
and 5 kg for the F22.
