The
EL-EAH taxiway-edge elevated light is a omni directional medium intensity light
complying with ICAO recommendations in Annex 14, Volume I, paragraphs 5.3.17, FAA L860, L-860E,
L862 and L-861T, AC 150/5345-46B, STNA, STANAG 3316, CAP 168 and BS 3224 part 4
standards.
- The light is fitted with one 6.6A pre focussed halogen lamp
not exceeding 45W. Lamp life greater than 1,000 hours at full intensity.

The optical system comprised of just an
optical glass donw with fresnel prisms, clear or directly
coloured.
- To ensure water tightness the fitting is equipped with an O
ring gasket.
- Overall height does not exceed 310mm.

The body and support are made
of aluminium alloy casting phosphated and powder coated in aviation yellow by an
electrostatic process. All fixings and fastenings are stainless
steel.

The design allows installation onto a
support with 2"NPS, 2"BSP or 1.5"UNF
thread.

The power cable is protected as it runs through the support and
the total weight of the fitting (incl. lamp) is less than 1,5
kg.

The azimuth/site adjustment is done by using a setting
tool with level and sighting telescope and are locked by three Allen
screws

On site maintenance is quick and simple by lamp replacement is
possible by simply unscrewing the glass dome.
